As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), I provide therapy for individuals who are seeking support with:

Building healthier coping skills
My therapy style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Together, we’ll work on both the deeper roots of what’s troubling you and the day-to-day strategies that help you move forward.

Virtual sessions (secure telehealth)
Walk-and-Talk Therapy (outdoors, nature-based sessions for those who prefer movement and fresh air)
Please note: Therapy is available to residents of New York State only
Life & Health Coaching
Coaching is for people who feel ready to grow, make changes, and create more energy and joy in life. Unlike therapy, coaching does not treat mental health conditions—it’s future-focused, goal-oriented, and designed to help you thrive.
I support clients in areas such as:
Healthy routines & lifestyle shifts
Stress reduction and mindfulness practices
Creating structure and balance at home and work
Finding clarity in relationships and big decisions
Developing confidence and self-compassion
Coaching is available to anyone, regardless of location.
