How It Works
Before committing to a Coach, it’s important to make sure the fit feels right. Every Coach is different. This is why I offer a complimentary Clarity Call. It gives you the opportunity to share about what it is you’re looking for, and get a feel for my practice and style.
After completing your Clarity Call, and we feel it’s a good fit, we create a schedule for our work together. Sessions are held virtually, and provide you with the personalized accountability, support and strategic planning for taking the necessary action in your life.
My job is to help you get up and running, following through, and continue to support you as you evolve within the context of your behaviors, thoughts and beliefs.
Pricing
Package selection is a financial commitment, but more importantly it is a direct investment in you. Gains made through this work will surpass any monetary value. The readiness to investment your time, energy and resources in yourself is the beginning of your journey. If you are not yet ready to make an investment, you may still sign up for a Clarity Call to explore more for yourself.

Brief Coaching - $900 (60 days)
Long Term - $3,500 (12 months)
Brief coaching is an empowering experience that will deliver quick results, energy, perspective and follow through due to the support, accountability and action-oriented focus of coaching. Often, clients who choose to start with brief coaching continue into long term coaching as they are now highly motivated from their results and successes.
Long term coaching provides the conditions for deeper work. I highly recommend it to reap all the benefits of the coaching process. You will receive all that comes from brief coaching, and continue to navigate future complexities of life, building mastery in areas where you once felt out of control.
Longevity and pricing are explored together after your Clarity Call, and is a part of the collaborative coaching experience.
