Grounded Growth is my integrative framework for restoration and transformation — a blend of therapy and coaching designed to help you find calm, clarity, and direction.

How We’ll Work Together

Your Grounded Growth Sessions are a blend of insight and action.
Each session meets you where you are — combining the tools of mental health counseling with the forward movement of coaching.

You’ll learn to:

Sessions are available virtually or in person.
For those who feel drawn to nature, walk-and-talk sessions are offered seasonally as a mindful, movement-based option.
